RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll instruct you on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can also get out to us through our Instagram account, @junerochelongue (we are available on Instagram from Monday to Friday)
You will be responsible for any shipping expenses associated with returning your goods. The cost of shipping is non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items certain types of items cannot be returned like bikinis, inner garments, bras, nightwear, and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items/discounted items or gift cards.
Returning the item you have and making a second purchase for the new item similar to the original amount spent is the quickest way to ensure you get what you want.
If you want to swap a product for a different design or size, we recommend simply purchasing the product you desire ( to make sure the product does not sell out by the time we receive your return product back).
Only if the merchandise is damaged or lost in the delivery process will a refund be issued. If accepted, your original payment method will be automatically refunded. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.
